Platform for finding and quote esthetic treatments

Platform that allow users to find and quote any esthetic treatment to different medical centers based on location and treatment. The platform should be similar to [login to view URL] The requeriments are the following: - Front-end design and development (Responsive and nice design). We can provide PSD file and css of certain elements like buttons, bars, etc. - Backend development - Cloud server installation USER functionalities: User: should be able to find treatments per treatment type or medic name (same as [login to view URL]) - When user clic on certain treatment, he should be redirected to a page with complete general information of that treatment, and in a tab "Doctors" he shold be able to see the list of providers available for this treatment and ask for a quotation. - Forum, questions, reviews and articles tabs should not be developed yet. - City filters in list -List of medics should appear based on geolocation or location of the registration of the user. - For confirm sending a quote, user should verify his email or phone number with sms. - An account for the user should be created after sending the quote - Users can ask for a quote to the treatment in general and not to specific medic center. In that case, the quotation is sent to the 10 medic centers with more leads. *(Check "Plan sections) Medic center or doctor funcionalities: - Create an account with complete information about the medical center. (logo, name, address, subsidaries, images, video. - Check quotes received with contact details of the deal. - Check how many users have visited its profile last 24 hours and last 7 days. - Publish treatments that belong to each subsidary with pricing of each one with information about the treatment and medics. - optional form to get more information about the center The registration and listing is free for medic centers, but they can pay for plan to get more leads and be featured in the first positions. Plans: BASIC 1: listing in only 1 location (region), just 1 lead per day, 1 keywords featured* (treatment featured) for 7 days only*. BASIC 2: listing in only 1 location (region),20 leads, 1 keywork featured (treatment featured) for 30 days only. PREMIUM: listing in only 1 location (region),40 leads, 3 keywords featured (treatment featured) for 30 days only. GOLD: listing in only 3 location (region),60 leads, 5 keywords featured (treatment featured) for 30 days only. DIAMOND: listing in all the country,100 leads, 10 keywords featured (treatment featured) for 30 days only. When an user place a quote, a lead is discounted to the current plan of the medic center. *keyword featured: Keywords that are automatically listed when user try to search a treatment. Same as in [login to view URL] homepage. *days only: The project is featured until the featured days are over or the maximum leads in the plan are raised. **When the maximum leads are raised, the medic center still appears in the list (not featured) and if someone try to quote, the user can quote succesfully but the quotation is redirected to another center that has leads available. This quote shold be redirected to the 10 centers with more leads available and are in the same city. In this case, a "Lead" should be discounted to all these medical center. - The medical center should be able to see the quotes and manage them with basic CRM functionalities (States of quotes: "New", "Answered", "Waiting aproval", "Won", "Lost". - Payment gateway to purchase plans.
