Random text creation - very small PHP script

I have a very small task I am looking for a help: I have a database with three columns: 1st colum: ID, 2nd column: number of paragraph, 3rd column: some text content The aim is to create individual articles with the DB the following way: For each paragraph, there are saved around 5 text versions. By a php script, the paragraph contents shall be put together randomly to one text. The text paragraph in column 3 contain placeholders. What do I need: A starting page with two textfield where I can add a value of textholder 1 and textholder 2. A button "Create text". By clicking on the button, for each paragraph of the text, a random content of the DB is chosen. Afterwards, the textholder in the content of the DB are replaced with the values typed in in the fields. Afterwards, the content is output in order to copy-paste it. Example: For paragraph 1 of the text, there are 7 version, for paragraph 2 of the text, there are 5 versions. By clicking the text the first time, e.g. version 6 for the 1st paragraph, version 4 for the 2nd paragraph is output.
