Restaurant Inventory Management Software + Billing System

Inventory Management + Invoicing for small to medium sized restaurant including PAD/Kiosk KOT interface. Waiters should be able to enter the order in a PAD/Kiosk interface. The front-end system should generate a KOT (Kitchen order ticket) for the same. The Invoicing system should be able to generate the customers bill for the order and accept Credit/Debit cards/Cash for settlement. The inventory should be updated in real time according to predetermined amounts - KOT Amounts (amount of material to be used for a specific dish in the menu). At the time of closing (1/2 or 3 times per day depending on restaurant opening and closing times) the inventory should be synchronised with actual quantities of material in stock. 1. Liquor stock should also be determined in the same way. 2. Inventory Operator should be able to enter the purchase and issue of material. 3. Software should provide stock alerts based on average seasonal consumption and current stock. 4. System should provide basic P&L reports depending on the monthly stock consumption, Pre-entered costs and KOTs generated. User Interfaces - 1. POS Interface - PDA/KIOSK Interface for waiters. 2. Invoicing Desk Interface - Terminal Interface for generating bills from entered KOTs (Orders). 3. Inventory Operator Interface - This should be a terminal interface that should provide the operator to entered the incoming and outgoing materials in the software. Also should provide stock alerts to the user. 4. Manager Interface - This interface should provide the management with reports for current stock situation and the P&L reports. This interface should also provide entry screens for updation of material costs, KOT amounts.
