Restaurant system

Hi. We need a Restaurant home delivery system with some features: 1. It's going to be a lot of restaurants. Each one has its own menu. 2. Each client is going to ask to one restaurant near of his own ZIP or select it manually. The client must choose the products from the selected restaurant. The preferences (last restaurant, paid method, et all) must be saved for each user. 3. The restaurant must receive the order and prepare it to the shipping. Each restaurant will have a delivery zone (delimited by ZIP). 4. In the case the client wishes to ask the order by phone, there must be an user with the permissions to enter the order in the system. Each restaurant must have one with the same permission in its own. 5. The system must have a gateway to manage the paid with credit and debit card. 6. The system must have a log of the paid of each restaurant. Besides it must have the capability of paid the whole amount at the end of the journal or at administrator will.
