Seeking expert for Customize Plugin

Hello 1. Move the "Custom Fields" question from the "details" section to the first step of the form. This means you'll be adding another step to the progress (currently 5 steps). The plugin doesn't let you add another step so this is what I'm trying to achieve. 2. Services listed as a drop-down needs to be changed to radio boxes with "how it works" links next to the name. example: [login to view URL] 3. Making the last step "done" printable, this means adding a button to print the confirmation. 4. Have the last step look similar to this: [login to view URL] 5. The last step also emails the customer so we need the email to look like this as well. Any question please ask. Required: 1.
