Service App - Connect Service Providers with Service Requesters

This application is intended to connect various types of service providers with service requester. Via a mobile app (Android and iOS) in both languages Arabic and English, customers can see the closest service provider for a specific service on a map or on a list. And customer can request a service by booking an appointment which is simply logging the request that service provider can see on his app and customer can also see. Customer can rate the service after the booking and comment on the service. Notification of new requests needs to be available on the service provider section (mobile). The app consists of 4 parts: [login to view URL] Service provider on map or list, services are considered main categories, so customer needs to select a service/Category then list the service providers: no registration is required for this part any user who downloads the app can see. [login to view URL] section: a place where a customer can register to request a service, registration requires some information from the customer and confirming the mobile number by SMS code. We will provide the SMS gateway and integration guide. [login to view URL] provider Section: a place where a user ( who happens to be a service provider ) can register as a service provider and selects the service(s) he/she can offer, service provider can select multiple services to offer. [login to view URL] Section: a kind of chat facility that enables the customer or service provider to chat with a special kind of users ( who are the support people of the app), it’s a simple mobile to mobile chat facility. The app will read and write data from a DB hosted on out servers, we will provide the DB structure, therefore, the developer is required to develop API’s on the host in PHP.
