Setup SNAP plugin on our blog - Create accounts (25) on Scial Networks and configure

SNAP or Social Network Auto Poster is a plugin for Wordpress that lets you auto post to social sites. It requires you to set up accounts on all the social sites and grab an API to set up the posting from your blog. Please take a look at the actual plugin page.
