Requirement - 1-This website is to address the sewing machine related issue /Problem/new inventory. 2- Site should be very simple with very less options and less clicks and should provide quick response. 3- Main page will have 4 options . 1- Domestic Machines 2- Industrial Machines 3- International Industrial Machines 4. New Inventory. 4- Each option will give couple of selection options . Machine Model, problem description , Email,phone number and the image upload optional. 5- New Inventory will have 15-20 products with description , price and discount option. Price and product can easily be updated. 6- toll free number integration needs to setup and need pricing estimation for that also . 7- After the submit button , if the technical issue is known than rough estimation will be provided to customer upfront and it will also trigger mail to our team with the description and phone details. 8- Repair , Customer Service and canceled option will come . 9- Once customer will submit the repair option , Automatic a unique case number will be generated and will go to customer and service provider . 10- Case number - updates can be done by service provider and the update email will be generated will go to customer as well. 11- After Servicing , Payment can be done through website or credit card swap and bill will be generated and send to customer email. 12- There will an option at the top of the website that how many customer did we serve. 13- prospect customer details are required and needs to log there activity in the database for reporting purpose.--(not now) 14- Review/comments section will be at bottom. 15- Contact section will be there . Email address . Extra thing - logo design Payment Channel integration . Toll free number setup . Additional Cost estimation . Banner Image creation and product image enhancement .
