Simple Frontend Form to add products into Woocommerce running WC Product Vendors

We are developing an ecommerce website and need some help with some parts of the development. The site is running Woocommerce (WC) on Wordpress. We are using the "WC Product Vendors" plugin to allow users to register as a vendor and sell their own products. Products sold are : clothes, footwear, accessories etc. Currently the "wc product vendors" plugin does not have adding of products from the front-end although it provides a decent backend wordpress admin interface to add, manage vendors products, orders etc. but which is bit overkill for a simple user. We just need to develop a Front-end Form (mobile responsive) that will allow "approved" vendors/users to add their own products to the site for selling. 1 - This form should allow a registered, approved user to add their own product to the site. 2 - The form will be located as part of the user's "my account" page. 3 - It should be intuitive and multi-step to ask user to add different info about the product. 4 - There will be some product attributes required including "condition, pricing, color, sizes" etc. 5 - Also should be able to select product categories, add up to 5 images maximum (1 main image and 4 gallery images). 6 - Also when product is added to the site, it should be in "Pending Review" mode 7 - The product should be automatically added to a particular category "Community Products" (this category should be hidden in select category option above"). 8 - Once submitted, it should successfully add a new product for this particular user into the woocommerce product list. 9 - Form validation using javascript jquery 3+ 10 - Should have proper backend server validation in case jquery/javascript fails. 11 - Code needs to be given to us in a php file(s) with required assets (js, css etc.) Any more details required can be further discussed to clarify. Please note that this is the first requirement as part of longer list of requirements we have. Successfully developing this will give us confidence to allot more jobs to the developer.
