Simple program

Build the menu structure and panels as shown. Add New Customer will make a new customer and add them to the customer arraylist. Add New Course will let the customer select a course to add to his/her courselist. Read Customers will read the initial customer list from text file [login to view URL] and add them to the customer list. Read Courses will read the initial course list from text file [login to view URL], add them to the course list and populate the combo box. Commit to Database will write the customers and their courses to database Customers. Create Invoices will generate the printout with the charges for the customers. Write Database Tables will write the data in the tables to the command prompt. Exit program will stop and exit the program. The database methods will be in class DatabaseMethods.java. They will be called from your program. You can assume no two customers will have the same name. Make sure you validate the data entries.
