Single WebPage with Dynamic Checkout Form (WooCommerce Process)

We have a single page website for users to order a product. This page will have a couple dynamic parts. The user can select options on form to build their order features. Then, the user will see the estimated price of order shown dynamically on form. The user, if ready to order, can click on button to continue order, which then reveals a checkout form and moves the user to top of checkout form, which guides them to completion of order. All of this process is on a single page. Final thank you confirmation shall be on separate page. UPDATE: we will not be using WooCommerce.. we prefer to have the page with the custom form described above go into its own database instead. We want all data selected and added by the user to save into Wordpress database. Upon database entry/form completion, an email must go out to notify admin of new sign up. We do not need any customized display of user submissions, as we can just look in phpMyAdmin to find the info. Mainly need you to do the front-end work and tie it into the database.
