small changes to wordpress website

On the HOME page there is one large textblock on the left side, but I want to make this textblock x lines high and below it add a READ MORE button, so when the user clicks on it the page is fully loaded in a separate page. And then below this smaller made textblock, add 2 extra rows/textblocks in where I can show another 2 [login to view URL] with a read more button, in orange and white text. As header show the title of the page, and below x lines show a button 'Lees verder'(=Read more) The lines of the black box itself should not be drawn/shown. On the right side on the HOME page there are 2 orange buttons with the text, which should be moved/aligned to the right side of its column. See black arrows and orange buttons behind.
