I need to update my current multi-page (currently 3 pages) PHP5 Secure Loan Application to use with my own HTML5, CSS3 Responsively Designed Website(s). My current (Non-Responsively designed) Application Forms are working fine, but I need to implement a change to Responsive Design for the Loan Application Forms themselves. I have redesigned the websites to be responsive, but am having trouble getting the responsive forms I have designed or tried to use, to integrate with my existing PHP5 Script. I would also consider using an existing design of responsive application form, if it can be customized to match the basic design and/or feel of my actual website(s). If my current PHP5 system can be adapted to my new Responsive Forms and Loan Applications, that would be fine. (The new Responsive HTML5 Application Forms are NOT online yet.) Budget is around $200 or so, depending on how much customization is needed. But, it should be a very simple project for someone who knows PHP5 and its application to Secure Online Submission Forms. (I could do the HTML5 & CSS3 Web Form Design & just need help adapting the Existing PHP5 Script to the re-designed Forms.)
