Updating PHPBB from 3.0.10 to 3.1.15 (installed using fantastico deluxe)

I created a forum using Phpbb I installed it using fantastico deluxe. Earlier its versions were regularly updated through fantastico Deluxe. It was updated upto version 3.0.10 But after that Fantastico deluxe stopped updating. and Fantastico F3 was introduced. Now problem is that Fantastico F3 does not recognise and update the version to latest version ie 3.1.15. And fantastico Deluxe is also not updating. I need help in updating or if someone can update the script for me
