URGENT PROJECT: PHP, decrypt query string

THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT. Please do not bid unless you can do this project in the next several hours. I have an application that is generating an encrypted, URL-encoded query string on a URL. It’s using this library to perform the encryption: [login to view URL] The unencrypted query string has 2 parameters (id and t) and looks like this: [login to view URL] id is an ID that will be used by the script. t is ticks (server time) I am working on the page that decrypts this URL and makes the query string into usable variables. I need PHP code that does the following: 1. URL decodes the query string 2. Decrypts the query string so that it’s back the unencrypted format: ?id=2&t=100 --please use the variables given in the library above for decryption (key, passphrase, salt, iterations, initvector) so these can be changed 3. Takes the 2 parameters from the decrypted query string (id and t) and puts them into the variables $id and $t 4. Evaluates the variable t (ticks) and proceeds with the script if the URL is NOT more than 10 seconds old, otherwise echo “URL expired” 5. If the URL is not expired, puts the contents of $id into $id2 I will test the code as soon as I get it, and confirm that it works before milestones are released.
