Very Easy copy page to table

I need a very simple process that will do a search in google (or yahoo, or msn) for a specified term, and from the list of pages found, read the pages into memory, take every word in the text of each page, count them and save the 30 most repeated words after counting them into a table. Also the article name, url and description will be saved into another table. Very very very simple if u know how to read a web page into memory. I think bids should be under $45 since this can be done in only a couple of hours. I will ONLY pay once the programmer can show me the result online. Please make any questions you want. thank you.
