Very Simple Android Iphone App with Geolocation

ATTENTION, I DONT ACCEPT BIDS WITH FAKE VALUES. PLACE YOUR BID CORRECTLY, FINAL VALUE. I need a simple appartment seller-buyer geolocated app for both Android and Iphone. It will have just 3 screens. FIRST: 2 buttons: are u a seller? are u a buyer? SECOND: for buyers, just open a map with pointers at the address where are appartments being sold. buyer will click at the pointer and it will open a pop-up showing the details. THIRD: for sellers, after he clicks at the button, he will get a form to fill in. Later, he can bb to this form and delete it (remove appartment). I will give php files-pages with the features above. I can also give a photoshop idea for the pages, although it is not necessary as I am saying, this is a application just to test the market. If the test goes ok, we will develop it fully.
