Walking/Wellness App

Hi, I need an app designed for both iPhone and Android. It is for a workplace health program and the goal is to motivate staff to move more and lead a healthier lifestyle. We would also like to track the user's overall wellness and health. The app: o App for iPhone and Android o Both admin and user accounts o Admin able to export all data Page 1 – Log In  User – Sign up for App/Walking competition - Enter employee number, Line Number (1-5), and shift (Day, Afternoon, Night) and have verification email sent to email address - New sign up email sent to admin for verification - On main page: • RKF logo • Input sign up/log in - Once email is validated, email address sent to auto-responder so that automated emails can be sent Page 2 – (3 choices - a. Walking Competition, b. Wellness, c. Profile)  Section 1 - Walking Competition - The walk from each location to the next is called a 'Stage' (eg, Stage 1, Stage 2, etc) - The location for the end of each Stage and the steps and days to get there is defined in the Admin section - Steps counted via GPS, Pedometer, or manual entry - Manual Entry (ask how many minutes, and also a drop down menu titled 'Intensity' with choices 'Low' 'Medium' and 'High' o Formula – Low = 5000 steps/hr , Medium = 7500 steps/hr , High = 10000 steps/hr. So if a person enters 30 minutes and chooses the intensity of 'Medium', then the equation will be: (Mins/60) x 'Medium', or: (30/60) x 7500 = 3750 steps (equation not shown, only amount, then added to total step count) - Link to see location on map (Opens page to show map) - Days to reach next Checkpoint (Count down. Have figure of steps per day required to reach destination on time. This calculation only done if they haven't yet reached the destination) - When user reaches on check-points he/she will received a notification. - User can view the History of walks. - At the end of each Stage a report of wellness section usage is sent to admin, listing user usage. - Bonus points for location (1 point for every day the person reaches 8,000 steps). Total bonus points for location shown as well as total bonus points for competition - As time for each checkpoint expires, and new checkpoint has begun, everyone starts together (ie, those with more steps accumulated are not shown ahead of others on the map) - Report sent to admin at the completion of each stage - Admin can see where everyone is on map Processes: Admin, starting a walking competition- 1. Set start location 2. Set end location 3. Set checkpoints along the way a. Ability to upload video for arriving at that destination 4. Set length of each step for checkpoint 5. Set days to destination 6. Calculation for steps= km/steps etc Section 2- Wellness (use 5 faces to represent levels, ranging from frown to very happy) - Each face represents: Never, Hardly Ever, Sometimes, Mostly, Always - Questions: o I have been feeling energetic o I have been getting 8-10hrs sleep each day  o I have been feeling good about myself o I have been interested in new things o My life is stress free o I have been feeling happy  - (Notification to Admin if more than 5/10 entries average below 3) Section 3 - Profile – User enters data and can be viewed as graph - Weight - Waist - Blood Pressure (Enter this into 2 cells, so Systolic and Diastolic can be entered and graphed separately, but do not write these terms.
