WHMCS - Run remote script after product purchase

I would like to run a script on a remote machine after a product has been purchased and checked for fraud. I'm assuming a hook is what I need. It will need to pass the remote script the product name they have purchased, the users email address and the password they entered during registration. The remote script in question is a Windows Powershell script and it will run on a Window machine. One solution I've thought of would be to run IIS on the Windows machine and have a URL that the hook calls and passing in the information via a query string to a aspx file. That file could then execute the Powershell Script locally. There may be better ways to accomplish this so am open to suggestions. I am only after the WHMCS hook. Unless of course there is a more effiecent way to execute Powershell via WHMCS.
