Wordpress Contact Form 7 into Posts

I need someone who is skilled in Wordpress and Contact Forms who can turn Contact Form 7(with CFDB) submissions into posts. An Idea is to use use CFDB to generate the post with shortcodes but I need it to be done automagically. Here's a run through of what should happen: 1. Admin uses the form to input data(with an image and a PDF file). 2. Form sends the Email(which is normal), then adds it to CFDB. 3. SOME(not all) of that Data turns into a post(automatically), the image that was submitted becomes a featured image in the post. 4. All of these posts become a thumbnail in a page(you don't have to do this I'll do this but just to give you an idea) So to make it short, I want to input data(employee info to be precise) into a form which turns into a collage of employees in a page. This should be easy enough, I can do this by myself but I don't have the time, hence I'm building a team of freelancers to work for me. My max payment for this is $30, remember this is an easy task, and can be considered as a test to join my team, a long term opportunity.
