WordPress Design/Copy of Present Site with ALL pages

TASK: I need a basic WordPress-based site for an editing company based on the design of another site that I can mail to you after you place your bid. The site is about 10 pages as there are a few types of submission page. I would like to have ALL the same pages and functionality, including submission pages. You must remove the pictures and put in new similar pictures. Do NOT copy code, only copy the general design. This is not a complex site, and the design is quite plain, but you will have to make sure you get ALL the pages. Please use one of my current themes (BizVektor, BizVektor Global, Fruitful, PageLines), or advise me on another premium theme I can purchase. WORKFLOW: 1) Present (on your server) your design. Edit the one we decide on until it's acceptable - this may involved many revisions, but we are very reasonable (see my ratings & comments) (25% payment will be made). 2) Complete implementation to my satisfaction and set up the site on my VPS (50% balance paid and project completed) to full functionality. 3) Balance 25% will be paid after any bugs/quirks are worked out.
