And i can create a DATABASE ENTRY for each form submission generated entry. I can use the Plugin (Gravity Form or any other as well )and can configure them as per requirement or i can develop this functionality by Custom Code. But, definitely, the form will be required to be edited to generate pdf. And, I would prefer this way. 2: I think that I will be able to accomplish it within 3 or 4 days. orange. Hi, i can use gravity form to let your generate pdf from it. I will create a plugin with settings panel to map field information and the form. I will be using FPDF and FPDI to generate the pdf. It will take 2 days. But the thing that needs to be considered is the information fields. You will need to let me what field will be placed where. Because, all of the information will need to be pre located on the pdf, and you just can not dynamically generate a position later on. Thanks.
