Wordpress Theme Customization with WooCommerce and Plugins

Most of the customization will be already provided by our plugins: WooCommerce, WCFM Marketplace, WCFM Ultimate,
- but I need them to integrate seamlessly with my site.
Specifically need:
1. Multi vendor marketplace
2. Messaging between vendor and users, to discuss appointments etc
3. Ability for admin to message all vendors and users separately.
4. Availability calendar managed front end by vendors
5. booking capability to allow users to book specific vendors who are searchable by category and availability dates. ie on our site users can look for category providers from a geo area, want to add in dates too.
6. Commission for admin deductible by percentage or fixed fee, at the point of booking.
7. Auto payout of fee after a determined period of days (by admin) after commencement of booking.
8. One Dashboard for theme and WCFM features
9. Ability in booking to set parameters based on bookings ie 1 product x £30/night x 7 nights = £210.00
