Wordpress Webdeveloper required to build a theme and sales website

We're a small team looking to launch a new sales website for 2019, and we're looking for a little extra help to get this project complete on time. The website is already designed and prototyped and is ~10 pages in total. What we need is for an experienced web dev to build these designs into a functioning, fully-featured, wordpress site that we can then manage and maintain in-house. We need the following deliverables: - Draft of marketing landing pages by 24/03/2019 - Complete website (Desktop & Mobile) including all relevant plugins by 20/04/2019 To complete all the deliverables, the right developer should have experience in the following: - Experience transforming original screen designs into responsive web pages for desktop and mobile devices - Experience ensuring websites are high performing and following SEO best practices - Experience using Bootstrap for main theme styles - Experience installing wordpress plugins for security, CRM, SEO, etc In your proposal we'd appreciate a quick summary of your experience, and a few examples of your work.
