A working prototype website

What we are trying to build is a website that basically functions as a job site like www.gulftalent.com. Instead of jobs, people in search of jobs and employers, we'll have services, customers in search of particular services and service providers. The website should allow customers to search through the website like any other job site or ecommerce site for a particular service. They could filter their options with location, service type (house keeping or vehicle maintenance) and budget or pricing. Once they've found a service, they may click on the service option and it will open up details on that particular service. Finally, once interested, they are required to sign up as a customer and be taken back to the service option page and purchase or book the service. Now for the service providers, they are required to sign up on the landing page and find a menu. The menu should allow them to add services (under their name) which includes information on prices, description or offers etc. Once they've posted their services, they will be allowed to get email notifications from customers who are interested. This is as far as how the website should basically function. All those who are interested may contact us directly in order to find a more detailed list of the SQL data involved. The website should be constructed through html/css as well as jqeuery and javascript (You are free to be as creative as you like). For database queries, PHP should be mainly used. We are not looking for a very complex and creative website. We are only looking for a simple website that should be easily edited (style wise, php wise etc.) when needed. The website is to be used only as a prototype. We would however would like to kindly request that you use [login to view URL] or bootstrap to easily construct the website. That way it will be easy for both of us. Finally, the project is due end of this month. I was initially suppose to design the said website, but I was also required to design an android application last second. I'd rather just outsource the website since I've lacked the time.
