We need a level 2 programer to work on our Magento website. The programer needs to be a Magento expert. The below notes come from our mail marketing partners who cannot connect to the system. Please read below so that you can understand what we need. To get the Magento SOAP API to work, first you need to be able to access this URL: [login to view URL] That URL loads a WSDL file, which is good. Then you search for "<soap:address location" which leads us to the URL we need to log into and make requests to the API. To test to make sure this URL works, we run: curl -X POST [login to view URL] which should return XML. Instead we get the following HTML page: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>403 Forbidden</title> </head><body> <h1>Forbidden</h1> <p>You don't have permission to access /magento/[login to view URL] on this server.<br /> </p> <p>Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html> This indicates a server configuration error. This needs to be resolved in order to connect to the API.
