I am going to assign a barcode to a product. I need a program that will allow me to scan that barcode using a Honeywell USB scanner (3820). When scanned i would like it to open a file with 10 editable fields. 8 of the fields can be 30 characters or less. 2 of them need to allow a couple hundred characters. It needs to be able to save the information inputted and recall that document when that barcode is scanned again. something based in Excel would be fine.
