Our site is Magento 2.1.2 We have a Shopping Cart Rule that under certain conditions (cart over $500 and certain ship to) provides free shipping. We have FedEx shipping configured. Magento 2 has a known bug that with Shopping Cart Rules. Once the conditions are set to TRUE once, and the Free Shipping is offered, even if the customer changes the cart contents such that the condition is no longer true (cart now less than $500) , Free Shipping is still offered. This is discussed here : [login to view URL] We have attempted to implement the fix that is described in the discussion, unsuccessfully. We are not sure if it is possible, but we want to fix/patch this bug such that the Free Shipping will be evaluated each time the cart changes.
