This is a simple quick job for an experienced developer. Client owns a woocommerce website and the current developer is moving on very shortly so there is the potential for long term work for the right person. *Background* 1. Orders with the status of processing are exported using the Store Exporter Deluxe plugin to an FTP server. 2. 3rd party logistics picks up the [login to view URL] from the FTP and updates the CSV file with tracking number. CSV is then saved as [login to view URL] back to the FTP server. Job Overview 1. Code up a simple script to pick up the [login to view URL] file. Parse it using PHP and using data update each order in the database with the tracking number. 2. Hook into WooCommerce and trigger the order completed email to be sent to customer. Its a simple job and a test of sorts as the client is looking for a developer that can work on an ad-hoc basis and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the website. The current developer is moving on and will be in place to provide a handover in the short term. Do a good quick job on this and there could be much more work available.
