Develop a PHP web REST service which creates a random response to a question based on templates, with words from GET request. Extend this to forward request to twitter API. Get response back from twitter and return in JSON string. Then develop a single page HTML web app with a form to answer questions. Questions are posted to web service via AJAX. Extend your web service to allow new answer templates to be added via POST. Finally, ensure that the app and admin page are accessible on mobile devices.
