xCart 5.4 Vendor Onboarding enhancement and other customizations

The ecommerce portal is based on xCart 5.4 multivendor enterprise platform. The project covers the following key enhancements or customizations: 1) Vendor onboarding process enhancement, the enhanced vendor registration process includes selection of a subscription plan and creating store location address within a shopping mall, locality or building complex 2) Shopping Mall (eMall) emulator or vendor address extender module, the enhanced vendor address will include specifics about the shopping mall, plaza, or locality where the vendor’s store is located 3) Vendor Subscription Plan/packages module – onboarding vendors will need to select a subscription package during registration in order to complete registration 4) A custom mobile money payment processor or gateway. In addition to existing payment methods, this module will enable online shoppers to pay using telecom mobile money mechanism - Airtel/MTN mobile money platforms 5) Ads Management sub-module - this sub-module will enable the creation and management of paid Ads to be displayed in designated page blocks or sections (graphics Ads, plain content Ads, Banner Ads, Carousal Ads or Static Content Ads) 6) Flash Sales Block sub-module - this enhancement provides a highly dynamic, intelligent, time-bound discount functionality which allows limited time individual special product promotions (2 days) 7) Special Offers Block enhancement – built on top of the existing xCart’s Special Offers: Buy X Get Y and Spend X Get Y Addons, this enhancement will allow filtered display of all products linked to a special offer promotion 8) Save-For-Later Sub-Module – this enhancement will enable online shoppers to remove certain items from their shopping cart and save them for later. The “Save-for-later” functionality will only be applicable for items currently in the Shopping Cart 9) Other minor but critical enhancements using existing modules or functionality (details to be provided)
