Private for j1concepts

As agreed on scriptlance: $1100 and (1) Payment will be made by CARETOTRADE through escrow and half of it will be release to J1CONCEPTS after the site is done... (2) Final product is due in 20 days starting from the date where the materials have been forwarded to J1CONCEPTS. For each day thereafter, the final price of the project will be reduced by $25 per day until the project is completed. (3) This is a work for hire, and J1CONCEPTS agree that all rights in the website (design, features, etc) will be owned by CARETOTRADE, thereby giving CARETOTRADE the copyright, however J1CONCEPTS is entitled for the credit, on whatever for it may be.
