Hello Friend, i am very happy and surprised to see an inventor on Freelancer. Thank you for your project. I am a recently graduated student from NIT Rourkela and have worked with Verizon and Qualcomm. However, i am always looking for a Hardware / Electronics work, so i quit my job recently in order to create a product and start a company. I just visited Freelancer and saw your project, i have done a few projects before. I have a simpler idea for you, though i am not sure how it would work like. Anyway, here locally you can get manual pcb drill tool for Rs. 200-300. I think you are using kind ok that. Basically a small drill bit wil rotating blades to chop off the weed. and this thing could be designed as an attachment to the back of a boot. That would make it effective against small weeds, but bigger ones would need stem cutting first, so one could have a blade attachment to the front of the boot as well. Together, it could be a full sole attachment. I know my bid is probably on high end for you, but you can expect quality ideas and design from my side.
