Im looking for someone to help me set up and use Zoho Project
While this may be a one off task - I may chose to make it ongoing
EmI believe that I can use Project to manage the process flow of the business but think I will need some assistance in the general setup as I am not familiar with this type of soft ware - ideally i would integrate with my CRM and Meeting subcriptions.
Just to give you and idea of how a typical client (project works) I have highlighted the date critical milestones in red. I have used typical dates to let you know how it flows
Period End 30/3/11
Client is emailed reminder about sending data (by Coordinator) 1/4/11
Client is emailed 2nd reminder to send data (by Coordinator) 7/4/11
Data is forward by coordinator to Admin 10/4/11
Admin enters data and send questions to coordinator 14/4/11
Coordinator liased with client to clarify transacions 21/4
send to admin to fix 22/4
return to coordinator for reportng 22/4
Prepare reports and BAS 24/4
Sign off BAS 24/4
Client Sign off BAS 26/4
Lodge BAS 28/4John Cruse
BAS Lodgement is the key date in this transaction - and there are about 5 versions of this which happens either each month or quarter.
Ideally I would like some of this (like reminder emails sent to clients to be automated - or at least able to be preplanned)
