Project Manager -- 2

Description: Oversee current project by ensuring its completed within time and budgetary constraints. An understanding for commercial construction industry is required. The ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important to succeed., the position will include some hands-on and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Work with vendors for estimating, and project managing single and multiple scope/trade projects in the construction field. Manage time effectively Negotiate contracts with external subcontractors to reach profit expectations Answer phone calls for work orders that may be after hours for previous jobs that are started during business hours. Willing to travel to project site location Requirements: Experienced with construction/ project management/work order management software Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated excellence in customer service Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities Self propeller Self-driven, competitive nature, with a proven track record as a winner (personal, business, or other). Must be willing to work within work hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Must be willing to travel 25% Must have at least 5 years of verifiable professional experience.
