script needs to be able to monitor the price of crypto pair every second in at least 3 exchanges script will need to be able to calculate the discrepancies in pricing between the same pairs on different exchanges script will have to be able to make a decision on whether to act on the information or not using previous results and bound by rules of engagement script will need to able to run both live and in test mode script will have access to exchange apis script will have a front end gui or run within interpreter
