I want a little routine using Python that performs: - Input 1: some text files (I will provide some weblinks) and a mark for each one: 0 dislike 1 like - Input 2: some new files. The program should predict if the user would like or dislike taking into account the results for Input 1 - Output: like/dislike for each one of the Input 2 files I think the best way to do that is using Python and Tensorflow library, but if you have another approach, please come back with then.

I will suggest you for using Facebook's fastText library. This library was mainly developed for text classification in a scalable way. I can do it using this library as well as with Tensorflow. The best way to do is extract features from the text on the web links(NLP). Using these features, apply a neural network that will find similarity and classify them accordingly. Relevant Skills and Experience I have extensive experience with Python and Machine Learning algorithms. I would have to study the NLP portion, however it shouldn't take time. Extracting the text from a web is also easy. Proposed Milestones €5 EUR - Extract relevant text from web. Excluding texts in ads etc. €10 EUR - Apply NLP and select features. €10 EUR - Apply Machine Learning algorithms and complete the job. €4 EUR - Polish the work. What kind of web links are they? And how soon do you need the work?
