Background: Forage is a Y Combinator-backed, venture capital-backed, fast-growing startup that helps students find the right job and companies find the right talent. Forage's Virtual Experience Programs help students learn about an industry, upskill, and get hired. The programs simulate a 'day-in-the-life' at a firm, in this case at a top-tier US software corporation. Students receive instructions, undertake tasks, and submit deliverables through Forage's platform. Project: Forage needs the successful applicant to design a program targeting US high school students aged 14 - 18. The program will include 3 tasks focusing on software development adn data transformations. Applicant requirements: Applicants will have good professional experience in and familiarity with machine learning, conversational AI and data science (familiarity with Qualtrics and SAP's CAI product are essential). They will also have a passion for transmitting their insights to the next generation of lawyers, and skill in conveying it effectively. The successful applicant must also be available for a 2-hour 'Content Workshop' to review and get feedback on the draft tasks.
