Designer/Architect needed to design modern 1350sqft condo interior

I am looking for a designer/architect to design the interior of a 1350sqft condo, that is presently an open slate with basically just walls. The condo also has a 400sqft walk out patio and attached garage. I am looking for modern design. Please include your modern design portfolio when bidding on this project. I have attached a floor plan that someone used for another unit in the building. This condo has basically the same dimensions. I have also attached some renders of what they did for that space. Your design would start from those dimensions. The condo would technically be 3 floors, with the first floor being the garage with a bathroom. The 2nd floor is the main floor with kitchen (and walks out to the patio), and the 3rd floor is the loft area with bedroom, bathroom and loft. I think I am generally targeting 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I will be submitting the finished prints for bid, and also for permits. The condo is in the state of michigan and probably follows general building code. Your deliverables will be as follows: - Floor plan concepts - Furniture and fixture selection - Basic renders of some of the key views (ex. a couple angles of first floor, a patio render, a bedroom render, bathroom render) - Construction drawings for the interior with any detail of any structural members needed - List of materials/fixtures to help with the bidding process
