MBA: complete chapters 3 and 4, proofreading and finalization

Dearest freelancers; I am outsources and not a student by myself. One of my client is a master student in business administration, he is conducting his thesis project. His project is about TQM and performance in constriction projects. He finished the first two chapters of his project. He is looking for a freelancer to assist him doing the following: 1- develop the questionnaire and its documentation 2- proofread the first two chapters, i mean the ones he did them. 3- complete the rest of thesis chapters, such as the statistical analysis, results and discussion chapter. 4- thesis formatting and layout. 5- tables of; content and figures, list of tables, appendixes, cover page, acknowledgment, deduction, and abstract. 6- check and create references list 7- turn-it-on report after submitting the thesis. 8- find where it needs resources. Contract terms: 1- Journal articles must be less than 5 years old, since the publishing date. 2- Journal articles must be solely in English language, resources in any other language are not accepted. 3- I need a full copy of each resource, if you haven’t the full copy of a resource then drop it down. 4- No plagiarism, less than 5% on turn-it-on test. 5- Proper English language and error free. 6- Referencing style is Harvard 7- Well organized and formatted by MS office. Thesis overview The thesis is about 18k words, from a to z including the tables, appendixes, .... Now the student had already write about 7k words. However, the tables, appendixes, ... is about 3k words, then you need to write about 8k words. Also, these 8k words includes the statistical analysis. Task steps 1- development the questionnaire, proofreading chapters 1 & 2 and turn-it-on report. 2- writing chapter 3 - methodology chapter 3- conducting the statistical analysis and writing the results and discussion chapter 4- creating tables; contents, figures, list of tables, appendixes,abstracts, ... each step is standalone milestone, and separately confirm and releasing.
