Seeking call center to perform outbound calls to verify our clients employment and bank account status. Call center will be given the banking information for client and call script. Call center will be responsible for contacting bank and verifying rather the client still have an active bank account or not.
Data will be sent to call center in Microsoft Excel format. Call center will be responsible for inputing the bank status on the spreadsheet and returning the spreadsheet to us via email.
Call center will also be responsible for repeating the same process for employment verfications.
This is an on going project that can last serveral years. Call center must be able to work fast and communicate regularly.
Verfications will be sent to your call center dally and you will have 7 days to complete work. This project requires any where between 200 to 600 hrs a week.
