Digital Lending Expert

The end client is currently in the process of analysing the opportunity to digitise processes, especially related to the lending operations. The first phase is a diagnostics phase, looking at the overall lending operations. This will lead to prioritisation of options and implementing selected processes to digitize, reducing number of systems, etc. This could also mean assessing and implementing existing solutions from the market. The external expert will support both the diagnostics and implementation phases. The consultant will be engaged in an advisory capacity and maybe required to accompany the consultancy firm to a few client meetings. Requirement Previously at a senior level position in the Technology / Digital department of a Bank or an NBFC/ or has worked on a transformation where the processes were being digitized. Needs to have good understanding of both the strategy and technology aspects Conversant with new digitization technologies in the market like robotics, machine learning, automated loan approvals, OCR etc. and how these have been deployed in the credit process Understanding system architecture on LOS & LMS side Understanding of the systems deployed in the credit function – LOS, LMS, CRM etc. and knowledge of various software in the market in this space
