91711 youtube or similiar clone

i need a "youtube" site / script installed or sililiar at [login to view URL] i have a youtube clone script that i can set up just fine but when it comes time for users to add their videos,the videos did not show up. i believe it is the ffmpeg package,i may not not be setting this up correctly- i set the clone up at [login to view URL] ,i will continue to find a fix, i have had a few others try to solve the prob but they were unfamiliar with this type of site setup, so to make a long story short , i would like to see if anyone else has a youtube like" script clone script ready to go,and can set it up quickly without probs, show me a link to your site so that i may see the script/site in action. I have several multimedia online projects but this site will focus on videos,friends,rating etc,please let me know the file types users may submit regarding video submission (pics + music submission would be a plus) , if have a cool script you can set up please leave a demo link and let me know when you could complete the project,i can send bonus paypal payment upon completion,or trade scripts . I run a small hosting company through my dedicated server ,through cpanel i host many accounts and will give you the neccessary info to login, root access should not be required- as access to the databases/filemanager/ftp is controlled through cpanel.(its the ffmpeg package setup ,is where im messing up-the rest of the script componets work fine.i have a copy of the script if needed but i would prefer a possible bug free easy fresh installation,ive heard that some people have the exact script i have but it came with ffmpeg php,package stuff as part of the script-making it easier to set up,if you can help let me know,i think an alternative route would be to try a different player/package? at this point i would like to see a good video site design for [login to view URL] ,i would give credits /advertising , please drop a link of a video site you can install-thank you
