Web Designer Needed to Finalize Site

Hello, We need someone to finalize our site for Evil Genius Promos. We are a music promotion company. We already have the design completed, please see the attached jpeg. The Photoshop template of this design needs to be turned into html and created into separate pages. The NavBar links have to change color on Hover Over. 1. We need a custom Join Mailing List image created that looks creative like the one attached. The banner needs to fit the area between the links in the upper right hand corner and the tips of the grass vertically. The "Book Now" button will be moved to a different part of the page and redesigned to better match the overall design. 2. We need the "Mailing List" button in the upper right hand corner to be connected to an AJAX script which will make a window appear with the following form: Name: City, State: Email: Birhtday: MySpace: FaceBook: The mailing list function needs to be a marketing back-end. It has to be simple to use and must allow us to keep track and data-mine our fans. We plan to run various promotions, and sweepstakes via email and through other mediums so the back-end has to be easy to customize and upload audio and video to. 3. Next to "Mailing List" we need to have an audio player. Not too big at all. Very discreet and sleek looking. Use the player in the upper right hand corner as inspiration: [login to view URL] 4. On the home page we will have the biography, which is already complete and will be provided. 5. On the audio+video page at the moment there will be 1 embedded video and 4 audio tracks. We need functionality to be able to change them and update them easily. 6. "contact" needs to be simple and look like the "Contact" page on: [login to view URL] . We will provide the image of our drummer to be placed similar to how this site has it. 7. "Book Now" needs to be moved from the top right hand corner as the Mailing List Join Now Image will be there. The "Book Now" is going to have be resigned and contain: Name of Your Venue: Owner’s or Booking Department's Contact Name: Street Address: City: State: Phone #: Time of performance : From hrs till hrs Duration of the set : Asked style : Ticket price : Campaign : Poster / Flyer / Internet / TV / Radio / Advertising 8. "Calendar" needs to be changed to "Events". Under "Events" we need to have a calendar which looks just as good as this one, [login to view URL] but with our color scheme and NOT a forum. Use java or AJAX to give the calendar a web 2.0 feel. 9. "Merchandise" needs to have a Coming Soon image created. We need a creative Coming Soon page design using our mask logo. 10. "Forum" - We need the VBulletin Forum module installed under "Forum". 11. We need 2 custom graphics to be designed for people to add us to their Facebook and MySpace. These graphics have to be placed below the NavBar. Most of the work is already done. This project shouldn't take more than a week for an experienced designer. Thank you.
