100 Backlinks for Online Adult Shop

Hi I'm looking for 100 Permanent Backlinks to my online Adult Shop I will supply the Achor text and the URLs there will be about 4 different ones. I just want to clarifty exactly how the job should work to avoid any confusion. 1) All links must be minimum PR4 or above. 2) On the site with the link there should be no more then 15 external links 3) ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW 4) No spam links. 5) No link farms accepted. 6) No links from under construction pages. 7) * No sites which ask for money later. 8) No blog comment spamming, No ping sites, 9) No link from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, 10)Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text. 11) Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. 12) No use of black hat software. This is a manual task and I want someone to build links at a rate of 7-10 a day 13) I'm looking for experience link builders who I can forge a relationship with for a longterm agtreement. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. 14) White-hat is crucial and required.
