1 way links

I am looking for 1-way Links, please give me quotes on PR3, PR4, PR5, PR6, PR7 permanent links. I require the following: 1. actual PR of the page linking, not the main page 2. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, blogs, etc. 3. One link per IP/domain/Class-C 4. No more than 30 links per page 5. Link must use supplied anchor text 6.
