New Aussie Surf Brand - SEO campaign

We are looking for an expert SEO professional to build an overall SEO plan for an Australian Male Clothing Online Store. Google Australia is the most important with Google US also highly ranked. We want to appear organically on the first page of google for a provided list of keywords within 12months. The website is a Zencart webstore modified to our taste. A new skin is in development and will be deployed in 3 months, but content and back end design can be modified to improve SEO. If you do this project successfully, more SEO projects will be provided. Please submit your credentials and past SEO achievements in PMB after bidding. URL & keyword details will be provided through PMB only The payment will result-based and monthly and no advance or escrow will be done. We are only looking for a "sustainable SEO", i.e. not a 30-day blip in Google SERP, but for long-term high-SERP thanks to quality links and quality work. You need to be able to use Skype voice chat for better communication but all agreements will be done via PMB. Please provide your bid as a monthly charge for the project. Current project will be for 3 months, with a 3month extension based on results. If everything is worknig as planned this relationship will be ongoing for years to come.
