Link Building

Description Description ======================================================= I require ONLY very experienced and ethical link builders to apply for this project. Any bids from people who do not demonstrate experience, ability and good feedback will be ignored. ======================================================= I require 10 PR3 - PR4 links in total to a US (United States) legal web site. ALL links will need to adhere STRICTLY to the following rules: _____________________________________________________________________________ All Links must be placed on topically related English language web sites. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. All links must be permanent text links and include one of the variations of our key phrase in the link text. All links must deep link directly to the corresponding page for that key phrase. All links must be on ethical and related sites. No more than 20 outbound links per page. No link farms, link-exchange programs, google banned sites, black hat techniques, commercial web rings. No sites banned by google. No sites NOT listed and Cached in Google. No pages with Google Page Rank of less than PR3 Link page must have a recent Google cache. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of the desired PR value. A link on a site with high PR is NOT enough. Link must be manually submitted. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) Link pages must be related to Law / Legal or some other related subjects to be disclosed. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (geographically diverse, different class-c IP address block). I would like all links submitted within 15 days of the start of this project. Link pages must be static. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. No string parameters, session ID's etc. All links must be acceptable for indexing by Google, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. Links from websites that already link to the clients site will not be counted. You will only be paid for links that meet the terms set above… I reserve the right to reject links that do not meet these terms and we will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. I will require a spreadsheet listing the following so that I can check ALL links. >>Exact URL of Page where link has been placed. >>Exact Link placed. >>Date Link submitted. >>Date link appeared. >>Google PR of page. All links will be checked before ANY payment is made. Any non ethical practices will result in the abandonment of this project and payment will NOT be made under any circumstances. It should be noted that we WANT a skilled and ethical partner to work with long term. Payment : 50% of the Payment will be made after ALL links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made ONLY after the links have been cached by Google. All monies will be held in getafreelancer ESCROW. We will pay NO monies up front or direct. Scammers will be reported to GetAFreelancer. Sorry to sound so tough but we waste a lot of time dealing with scammers for back links. Many thanks
