Hello, You should add some meta tag on your document files so you could create your own search engine based on meta tag/keywords on the files. SharePoint Online has the indexing feature for meta tags or keyword for this purpose. I could help you for building the search engine for this purpose. Best Regards, Khamid

Hi, By photo it will be little difficult. It needs POC on that and you may need to use OCR or something like this. Other way out is you can use the metadata tag which will shown up as filters. Regards, Shubham
