Greetings, when you talk about exchange of data, is it two way? if yes, how do you expect the physical store system to receive updates? will it take csv as import input? please clarify. how will csv from POS be made available automatically twice daily? will it be uploaded to a location on web server and our script is supposed to query that location for fresh csv? will this CSV generation also be automatic or manual on demand? if POS system exposes some API, I'd suggest a Windows service based solution. the timeline you suggest is not realistic for developing and fully testing a solution of such scale and complexity. are you flexible on the timeline in favor of a valid and reliable solution? or do you face a hard deadline? we can work in both situations, the cost will differ. let's engage in a discussion to get these questions answered.
